Good To Know

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Neuro Summit for?

Everyone in the neurological care community. Primarily functional health practitioners and allied health professionals, plus families, caregivers, support workers and educators looking for practical education and genuine community.

What's the difference between the two tickets?

The 3-Day Practitioner Ticket covers the full professional program across all three days, including the Day 3 practical training. The Carers & Family Day Pass is a one-day introduction: the dedicated family stream on Day 1, with speakers, breakout groups and demonstrations chosen for families. It's designed for home settings and everyday support rather than professional training.

Can I try the technology I'll hear about?

Yes. Across the summit you'll get hands-on with the devices and technologies alongside the sponsors and exhibitors, rather than just watching a slideshow about them.

Where should I stay?

At the venue, if you can. The Brighton Hotel Sydney has on-site accommodation, and staying on-site makes the early starts and evening networking much easier. Attendees get 15% off accommodation with the code 2704SPIREA. It can't be used online, so book directly with the hotel's Reservations team on 02 9556 5111 or hotel@thebrightonsydney.com.au. The discount applies to the flexible unrestricted rates available at the time of booking (not pre-paid or members' rates).

Is child minding available?

We want families to be able to attend where childcare would otherwise be a barrier. Limited child minding is available for those who need it, with pre-booking essential. If you require child minding to attend, please contact us early to discuss availability.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds aren’t offered, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Email neurosummit@neuroinspireaus.au and we’ll update the name. If special circumstances arise, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Please read the full ticketing terms & conditions before purchasing.

Hope. Healing. Innovation.
See you in Sydney.
