NeuroInspire Australia (NEUROINSPIREAUS PTY LTD, ABN 52 685 240 144) ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the contents of your message. When you register interest in the Neuro Summit, purchase tickets, enrol in a course or buy from our shop, you provide details such as your name, contact details, profession and payment information to complete that transaction.
Information collected by our service providers. Ticket purchases are processed by Ticket Tailor (with payments handled securely by Stripe), course accounts and enrolments by the course platform, and shop orders and payments by Shopify. These providers collect and process your information under their own privacy policies, and we receive from them the details needed to run the event, deliver courses and fulfil orders. We do not see or store your full payment card details — these are handled by the payment providers.
Website usage. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site. Our contact form submissions are stored securely by Netlify and forwarded to us.
We use personal information to respond to your enquiries; deliver the events, courses and products you've purchased; send you information you've asked for; administer the practitioner directory (for practitioners who have agreed to be listed); improve our website and services; and meet our legal obligations.
We only send marketing communications if you've opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Practitioners listed in our directory have provided their details and consented to their publication. If you are a listed practitioner and want your details updated or removed, contact us at any time and we will action it promptly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to deliver our services, with event partners where you have consented (for example, if you opt in to sponsor communications at the Neuro Summit), and where required by law.
Your information is stored in the systems of our service providers, who maintain their own security measures. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
Photography and filming may take place at the Neuro Summit and other NeuroInspire events, and images may be used in our marketing. If you prefer not to appear in event photography, please let our team know at the event.
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@neuroinspireaus.au. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
