Thank you for your interest in participating in the Neuro Summit. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we recommend you read the following event ticketing terms and conditions.
In this document, words like "holder", "bearer" and "purchaser" refer to you — the person purchasing tickets to the Neuro Summit. "Our", "us", "we", "issuer" and "provider" refer to the organisers of the Neuro Summit — NeuroInspire Australia (NEUROINSPIREAUS PTY LTD, ABN 52 685 240 144).
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to the Neuro Summit, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the clauses below or the risk allocations described here, please do not purchase tickets or seek to enter the Neuro Summit venue.
NeuroInspire Australia reserves the right to make changes, revisions and amendments to, or add or remove sections from, these terms and conditions without prior notification. Such changes will be reflected on the organiser's website (www.neuroinspireaus.au) and relate back to the date of purchase of Neuro Summit tickets.
The price of Neuro Summit tickets is outlined on the event website and is non-negotiable.
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable licence to access the Neuro Summit on the dates selected — 1–3 April 2027 at The Brighton Hotel Sydney, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW. This licence can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without prior notification or compensation. If the licence is revoked, you will not be granted entry to the venue.
The bearer assumes full responsibility for Neuro Summit tickets once received. NeuroInspire Australia has no liability — financial, legal or otherwise — should delivered tickets be stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise rendered unusable.
Ticket Tailor is the sole authorised source for purchasing Neuro Summit tickets. If you obtain tickets from any other source, you accept the risk that those tickets may be counterfeit or reported stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such tickets and declare them void.
Neuro Summit tickets must not be used for unauthorised reselling, copying, reproducing or misrepresentation in any form, and must not be used for promotional or advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activity will result in immediate cancellation of the ticket(s).
Neuro Summit tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other benefit.
The event service is deemed delivered in its entirety once the Neuro Summit commences on 1 April 2027. From that point, no refund requests will be entertained.
If you are unable to access any particular section of the venue — The Brighton Hotel Sydney — due to delays, government regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown or evacuation, or any other reason, you will not be eligible for refunds or future credits.
If the Neuro Summit is cancelled in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances, NeuroInspire Australia has the sole and absolute right to: (i) reschedule the event; (ii) issue a partial or full refund; or (iii) not issue any refunds. The decision of the issuer in such cases is final and binding.
If the Neuro Summit is cancelled due to factors outside the issuer's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, federal or state government announcements, strikes and production delays — the issuer will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable make-good option. The decision of NeuroInspire Australia will be considered final.
If the Neuro Summit is rescheduled to other dates, ticket holders will not be eligible for refunds. If the event is fully cancelled, any refund issued will cover only the face value of the ticket(s); shipping, processing, handling and similar fees are not refundable.
Losses arising from foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of any refund are borne by the purchaser.
All ticket sales are final and refunds are not offered. Tickets may, however, be transferred to another person — contact us at neurosummit@neuroinspireaus.au to update the name on a ticket. If special circumstances arise, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
At the venue, you are required to produce your ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details on it are accurate and up to date. If it is established at the venue that an attendee does not meet any applicable minimum age requirement, entry will not be granted and no refund will be issued.
By purchasing Neuro Summit tickets and presenting them at the venue, you consent to NeuroInspire Australia collecting certain information about you (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
NeuroInspire Australia does not take responsibility for personal or financial damage caused to you at the venue, or for items lost, stolen or misplaced at the venue. Claims for financial reimbursement on these counts will not be entertained.
The Neuro Summit and NeuroInspire Australia maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward unauthorised drug use or possession at the venue, and toward any behaviour that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items or engage in objectionable conduct, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately and your ticket(s) will become void.
You purchase Neuro Summit tickets of your own free will. You agree not to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute with the provider of the credit or debit card used for the transaction; further refund, return or cancellation requests will not be entertained on that basis.
NeuroInspire Australia has the right to investigate any suspected violation of these ticketing terms and conditions. In all disputes between the ticket bearer and the ticket issuer, the decision of the issuer will be deemed final. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the assistance of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
